I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but not being able to switch on the air conditioning made it feel stuffy at night. We were surprised with additional charges for our child at check-in. The dining experience was nothing special, but I really enjoyed the pools and steam room.

The hotel's room, though a bit small, was nice and came with a tiny bathroom. The view from the bedroom window overlooked the unkempt gardens. The cost for bed and breakfast was around £100, which was reasonable. The service was excellent; the staff recommended a great restaurant nearby and were lovely and helpful, especially the Restaurant manager who assisted with the evening meal menu and wine choice. The location, although not very central for walking, was ideal for driving through Aosta at night and enjoying the beautiful castles in the Alps. The hotel is also close to the autobahn and the train station. The dining experience offered a basic buffet breakfast, and the gym-don dishes were also enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained and worth the price paid.
